Professional Mentoring is a private, goal-driven service for clients seeking personalized guidance, strategic planning, and ongoing accountability as they prepare for academic and career opportunities.
Sessions may address career exploration, internship and employment preparation, professional communication, networking, interview readiness, leadership development, goal setting, personal branding, and navigating academic-to-career transitions. Each session is tailored to the client’s priorities and includes focused discussion, practical next steps, and individualized feedback.
This service provides strategic guidance, personalized feedback, and accountability. Clients needing direct assistance with resumes, cover letters, personal statements, or other documents should book Writing Services separately.
Free Consultation: First-time clients must complete a free virtual consultation before beginning professional mentoring services.
Payment Policy: Following the consultation, clients will receive an invoice and scheduling instructions. The monthly fee must be paid in full before sessions are scheduled or provided.
Payment and Cancellation Terms: Professional mentoring starts at $124.99 per month and includes up to four virtual sessions, each up to 60 minutes. Sessions may be rescheduled without penalty with at least 24 hours’ notice. A session canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice (or missed without notice) will be counted as one of the four monthly sessions. If MST cancels a session, the appointment will be rescheduled and will not count against the client’s monthly session total. Monthly payments are nonrefundable once mentoring services have begun.
