Late Policy

Our 10–15 minute Late Arrival Policy ensures clear and respectful guidelines for all virtual and in-person sessions. Clients arriving late may still be accommodated within the remaining session time, depending on availability. This approach promotes flexibility while maintaining fairness for all scheduled appointments. Please review the policy details before booking to ensure a seamless experience.

  • 10–15 minutes late: +$5

  • 15+ minutes late: +$15
    Sessions may still end at the originally scheduled time to avoid impacting other appointments.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is designed to offer flexibility and clarity for your convenience. Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled with ease, provided the request is made within the specified notice period outlined in our terms. To reschedule or cancel, clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time may result in a cancellation fee:

  • Academic Tutoring & Professional Mentoring: $25

  • Writing Services: $15

No-shows are treated as late cancellations.

To honor each other’s time and support consistent progress (Practice is Improvement), late arrival and last-minute cancellation fees may apply.

*Expedited sessions scheduled within three (3) business days are considered confirmed
at the time of booking, and the cancellation policy will apply immediately upon scheduling.
