Booking & Payment
First-time clients must schedule a free virtual consultation. Appointments are confirmed only after checkout or once the required payment is complete. Submitting payment confirms you have reviewed and accepted the applicable service policies. Final writing-service pricing may vary by document type, length, and turnaround time.
Late Arrivals
Sessions still end at the scheduled time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late are treated as a no-show. The session payment may forfeited, and a $10 fee applies.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
At least 24 hours’ notice is required, and late-minute changes cost $25 for tutoring/mentoring or $15 for writing. Less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a fee or a forfeited session. Missed appointments are nonrefundable. If MST cancels, the client may reschedule without penalty.
Additional Time
Extra time is available only when the schedule allows and must be approved. The fee is $15 for 30 minutes or $25 for 60 minutes.
Expedited Services
Requests made within three business days are expedited. Payment is due at booking, cancellation terms begin at once, and all payments are nonrefundable.
