Do I have to book a consultation first?
Yes. All clients must complete a FREE Virtual Consultation before payment and services. This helps MST understand your goals and recommend the best service plan.
What happens during the FREE Virtual Consultation?
During your consultation, we will discuss:
your academic or professional goals
what you need help with
recommended MST services
session availability and scheduling
What subjects do you tutor?
MST offers subject-tailored tutoring based on your needs. If you’re unsure whether MST supports your subject area, book a consultation and we will confirm during your session.
Do you offer group tutoring?
Yes. Group tutoring is available for two (2) or more participants.
How long are sessions?
Sessions are typically scheduled for up to two (2) hours.
For sessions exceeding the scheduled time, additional fees may apply.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Appointments must be booked at least one (1) week in advance.
What is your cancellation policy?
A 48-hour cancellation notice is required. Missed or no-show appointments may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
Do you offer refunds?
No. Most services require prepayment, all sales are final, and MST does not process refunds
Do you help with resumes, CVs, and statements of purpose?
Yes. MST provides professional writing support including resumes, CVs, cover letters, statements of purpose, and application materials.
